The 4,500 square foot renovation of the first floor at 363 W. Erie expanded the street presence of the seven story masonry building in River North.

Three loading bays were captured to create a new front for the building, with a boutique coffee bar. New elevators and a loading dock were much needed infrastructure improvements. A glass and steel canopy on the street marks the new entrance. The interior of the lobby offers a hip palette of woods, wall coverings, and colors with the existing brick and timber structure. The original 1920s loading dock doors were kept as ornament in the corridor and coffee bar.
