Located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, this 22,000 sf building is comprised of four luxury townhomes and a retail component.

The design responds to the character of the neighborhood and its diverse population. The facade is generated by the building materials and typologies in the neighborhood, but is simplified into basic patterns. The large bay windows continue the rhythm of the adjacent buildings, but are made of steel and large panes of glass. This simultaneously offers spectacular light and view, while in the language of today’s construction means.
