This project connects two condo units from the 55th and the 56th floors within a High Rise on Chicago Avenue.

The owner maintains an impressive art collection and wishes to create a place to entertain and an office on the 55th floor that can exhibit select pieces. A simple wood wall, rich with material texture, guides visitors through a gallery-like entrance sequence toward the main space. There the horizon is beautifully revealed as a piece of art within the collection, subtly manipulated with sheer fabric and etched glass.
