This project is a gut renovation and addition to a 12,000 sf landmarked house in Lincoln Park with a 3,000 sf coach house. Work included major structural alterations to add two new 3-story stairs, a new gabled skylight and a 2-story addition as well as detailed millwork and finishes throughout the project.
