Sawyer Beach House was designed as a sanctuary. A place to step away from urban noise and stress and settle into the calm rhythm of nature. Its architecture prioritizes openness, light, and integration with the landscape.

The 3-bedroom, 2,700 square foot structure features a tall, gabled form with expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that dominate the front facade, creating a seamless visual connection between the indoors and the surrounding forest.

The glass walls allow natural light to flood the interior and offer uninterrupted views of the trees, reinforcing the sense of openness and tranquility. A combination of clean lines, natural materials, and a minimalist aesthetic gives the home a contemporary yet warm feel.

The exterior includes a covered entryway and a modest pathway leading to the front, blending harmoniously with the wooded setting.

The staircase provides an architectural feature that combines simplicity with sculptural elegance. Composed of warm wood treads with open risers, it appears to float within the space, creating a sense of lightness and continuity. The clean lines and minimal structure allow natural light to filter through, enhancing the airy atmosphere of the home.
