A 4,400 square foot spec house in Lincoln Park, this project is designed to fit into the neighborhood on the front but opens up at the rear with floor-to-ceiling windows.

The plan is organized around an interior light court to bring light directly into all of the main living spaces. The finishes are clean and utilize natural materials in a direct manner consistent with the overall design objectives of the studio.
